Show starts from June 9th to July 8th at the Dragon Theater, part of the National Museum of Korea

 

[MHN] Musical 'Rachmaninoff' will be performed again at the Dragon Theater, part of the National Museum of Korea. 

The musical 'Rachmaninoff' is about Russia's greatest composer, Sergei Rachmaninoff going under depression, then overcoming his dark days with a physician named Nikolai Dahl. This musical was a perfect blend of musical theater meeting classical music and was beloved by both musical theater and classical music fans. 

The production was also highly recognized by critics, winning the Best Composed/Sound Director Award at the Korea Musical Awards, and the Playwright Award at the Yegreen Musical Award. The show was also selected as 'Repertory of the Year' by the Arts Council Korea. 

For this season, the original cast will join again including Park Yoo Duk, Ahn Jae Young, Kim Kyung Soo, and Jung Dong Hwa. Pianist Lee Beom Jae and newbie Kim Si Woo will also be performing together by taking turns.

The musical will be playing at the Dragon Theater starting June 9th until July 8th.
