[문화뉴스 MHN 노만영 기자] 전세계 코로나19 누적 확진자 수가 2,861만명을 넘어섰다.
존스 홉킨스대의 13일(이하 현지시간) 자료에 따르면 전세계 코로나 확진자 수는 28,619,991명에 사망자 수는 917,710명이다.
현재 전세계에서 코로나 누적 확진 환자 수가 가장 많은 국가는 미국으로 650만에 육박한다.
최근 인도에서 확진 환자가 급증하면서 미국에 이어 두번째로 많은 확진자를 보유한 국가가 되었다. 인도의 코로나 확진자 수는 475만명이다.
430만명의 확진환자가 발생한 브라질은 코로나로 인한 사망자 수가 13만명을 넘어서 미국 다음으로 많은 사망자가 발생했다.

코로나 팬데믹 선언 이후 지난 6개월간 브라질에서 코로나 바이러스로 목숨을 잃은 사람의 수는 13만명이며 전세계에서 미국 다음으로 많은 수치를 기록하고 있다.

지난 13일 뭄바이에서 의료진들이 코로나 검사를 실시하고 있는 모습이다. 인도의 누적 확진자 수는 미국에 이어 세계에서 두 번째로 많으며 그 수치가 어느 국가들보다도 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다.
확진자 수의 증가와 동시에 완치자의 수도 급격하게 늘었다. 인도의 코로나 완치률은 77.8%이며 9월부터는 매일 약 7만명이 코로나 바이러스에서 회복되었다고 보고하고 있다.

지난 12일 독일 동부의 드레스덴에 위치한 프로힐리스 지구에서 열린 옥상 연주회에서 드레스덴 오케스트라 단원들이 알폰을 연주중이다.
33명의 드레스덴 오케스트라 단원들은 이날 공연을 위해 '마르쿠스 레만-혼'이 작곡한 ‘프로힐리스의 하늘’이라는 곡을 연주했다. 코로나 바이러스 확산을 방지하기 위해 이번 공연은 건물 옥상에서 진행됐다.
16개의 알폰, 9개의 트럼펫 그리고 각각 4대의 튜바와 드럼이 프로힐리스의 하늘을 음악으로 물들였다.
