Here's to those who always thought beauty youtubers were "already pretty" or don't believe in "make-overs". Say hello to beauty creator Emma. From plastic-surgery make-up to cover make-ups transforming into famous celebrities, here's beauty youtuber Emma who's sharing special magical tricks of make up-ing.

MAKE-UP & DANCE WAS VERY CLOSE
I majored in Korean dance, and been modeling during my under-grad years which naturally led me into the world of becoming a beauty creator. Dancing has much to do with make up too. I went straight through art schools since middle school, high school until college. In middle school we even had a class for stage make ups so I started putting make up on since as a young teen. Dancing led me to take interest in cosmetics. 

LAUNCHING A CAREER AS A BEAUTY CREATOR 
One of my college friend was already involved in creative contents. She suggested me to start creating contents beauty-wise. I first started because I thought it was cool enough to create history of my young days, not because I wanted to succeed this as a career. It wasn't profitable and I remember then being a hard time. After winning an award at COSMOPOLITAN, I started to feel this as a career. It was the COSMOPOLITAN BlOG AWARD in 2016 and it meant much because only 2-3 months passed since I first uploaded videos on youtube. While others produced tutorial videos I went my own way. 

The 'Two-Tone Base Diet Contouring Make up' was under the concept of getting your ex-boyfriend to call back. Later I applied for the Naver Beau-Star and received much support there too. That's when I seriously re-considered about being a beauty creator. 

MY PEOPLE ARE MY ROCK

My family is pretty supportive in anything I do. Since 19 I never got any financial support from my parents. I did a lot of part-time jobs. School tuition I got covered by receiving scholarships but dancing required a lot other expenses too. From teaching dancing to waiting wedding hall tables, MCing at events, at cafes and modeling, I worked a lot. Back then making money as a beauty creator was almost impossible. I started from zero, but my intention in wanting to cherish my young days was really what kept me motivated. 

ALL ABOUT EMMA BEAUTY
Emma Beauty has lots of contents, like make up tutorials. I'm really into working out these days so I'm also vlogging exercises too. There's also an 'EmmaBeautyTV' channel where you can see my daily lifestyle, a channel I made in order to communicate with my viewers. The most popular videos are the 'Songhyegyo Make-up', 'Miranda Kerr Make up' and the 'How to slim your legs' etc. The cover-make ups and health/body contents get the most positive feedbacks so far. 

EMMA BEAUTY SHINES WITH HARD WORK
Doing celebrity cover-make ups are one of the contents I take much care of. I practiced more than ten time before too. I also study other beauty creators and try to seek what I can learn from their videos. But these days I'm really trying to make something original than comparing myself with others. I'm also testing different kinds of cameras for better quality and will continue working like this. By enjoying rather than thinking about the subscribers and loving my job. I want to have a happy career!
